In front of you is an eternal story, talentedly told by the wonderful writer Alexei Tolstoy. Her protagonist, a wooden Pinocchio doll, a "brainless fool with petty thoughts", is in fact kind and bright, trusting, open to the world and full of compassion for other people and dolls. Pinocchio sincerely tries to help those who need help, loves adventure, is always cheerful, and despite the fact that he is "a little wooden" - and what to do when he was cut from ordinary logs! - finds real friends and finally comes to his dream.
